This option is perfect for anyone who needs ‘variety’ with their food e.g. cannot eat the same thing for a week. The 2 day meal plan can cater for 4-6 meals or as many as you like to eat in a day. This plan wouldn’t need to be adjusted for 4-6 weeks – depending on your consistency.
