Working with a coach for a duration before your completion prep is called an “off-season.” This is important for many reasons: – It allows the coach and client to work on creating symmetrical balance within the body. Ironing out any imbalances strength and aesthetic. Building a fundamentally strong and up-regulated metabolism thus putting the competitor in a good starting position for their competition prep. A off season should be a minimum of 6 months, the longer the better.
